We ship our products to you using UPS Ground. Shipping time is generally 5-7 days.
Question: Is there any difficulty in making a return or exchange
Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality,
materials, or workmanship, please fill out an RMA request to have your
order returned. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all
non-defective returns. Shipping will not be reimbursed. If defective
or damaged, details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being
returned must be provided in as much detail as possible!
