Orders will be processed immediately upon receipt and between receipt
of order and actual shipping could vary depending upon the weight ,
size and bulk of the particular item or shipment.
Due to fluctuating inventory levels, availability is
difficult to predict, but we do guarantee that if there is a delay you
will be notified immediately. Also remember that orders cannot move on
the weekend. Orders will be shipped standard UPS or USPS and delivery
can vary depending upon what part of the country you are located in,
anywhere from 5-10 days.

We strive to take into account that not all of the products offered in this store are in our inventory and sometimes special orders must be placed. If a special order is required and delivery will take more than the 5-10 business days, we will notify you. If an item you have ordered is currently on backorder with us and our suppliers, we will notify you of that fact and give you the opportunity to cancel your order or keep your backorder with us until such as our inventory is replenished. |

If you need any type of special service, please feel free to contact us in advance and we will do our very best to accomodate you. If you need an air shipment, we will reserve the right to add additional charges for this type of special service to your order at the time of shipment.
RETURN POLICY Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction quarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, please fill out an RMA request to have your order returned. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. Shipping will not be reimbursed. If defective or damaged, details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned must be provided in as much detail as possible. |
